As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of beauty professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Lounge, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all beauty treatments and salon activities.
Maintain inventory levels and oversee product procurement to meet client demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative beauty techniques.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
