Position Overview

• The Head of Supply Chain will oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations, from procurement and logistics to inventory management and distribution.


• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a process enforcer with a proactive mindset, and excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.


• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.


• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.


• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.


• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.


• Proven experience in supply chain management not less than 3 years, preferably in a leadership role.


• Strong process enforcement capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.


• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.


• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.


• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
