Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively listen to customer needs, and recommend the most suitable equipment based on their budget and baking goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow

  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor, ensuring product displays are attractive and informative.

  • Receive goods when they arrive, count and sort

  • Take orders from customers

  • Dispatch orders taken from customers to the necessary logistics company

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.


Qualifications



  • A year of sales experience, preferably within a retail or B2B environment.

  • A strong understanding of baking equipment and its functionalities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

  • Self-motivated, Diligent, and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.

  • Ability to work with little supervision

  • Marketing skills will be an added advantage.
