Overview:



  • As our Digital Strategy & Communications Lead, you will play an important role in driving the digital transformation of our organization and leading digital strategy for a wide range of clients across different sectors, while effectively communicating our brand message to target audiences.

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital frameworks that align with identified business objectives, enhance online presence, and drive growth.

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, communication principles, media, consumer behavior, and emerging trends in the digital landscape.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the client’s overall goals and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for leveraging digital channels to reach target audiences and drive engagement.

  • Ensure that digital content is aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style guidelines.

  • Develop a content calendar and plan content initiatives to support key campaigns and initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough industry research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with account management teams to develop and optimize digital content across various platforms, but particularly social media and ensure integration into marketing and communication plans and overall business objectives.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content strategies including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing and monitor performance.

  • Develop targeting strategies to reach specific audience segments and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyse digital performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

  • Generate insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure media coverage and partnerships.

  • Prepare regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Communications or relevant fields.

  • Atleast 6 years experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or related roles.

  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.

  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
