Job Summary


The Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Job Details



  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, inventories, to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.

  • Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. Ensure all documentation is properly stored and easily accessible.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and travel arrangements.

  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with employee inquiries.

  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as preparing purchase order, processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or closely related field from a recognised tertiary institution. 

  • Not more than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent GPA.

  • Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application
