Job Summary
The role will be responsible for positioning products within the target market and developing both the product and brand to achieve category leadership.
Job Details
- Work with the Marketing & Sales Team to outline and execute a detailed product strategy.
- Identify customer needs, align products and features with larger business objectives, and rally a cross-functional team to turn that vision into reality.
- Define product sales funnel and implement the sales funnel for better customer buying experience.
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders
- Define product roadmap and growth opportunities; and implement strategies to grow market share.
- Research customer pain points and their root causes, working closely with Engineering Design and Sales teams to improve the customer experience.
- Influence cross-functional teams to achieve the product objectives.
- Define a product marketing and sales strategy to grow market share.
- Study the competition and implement strategies to position product as market leader.
- Develop and maintain a pricing strategy that maximizes profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Requirements
- First Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or other related fields.
- Preferably an MBA
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management, marketing or sales.
