Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with specialized expertise in Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, with a focus on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for these specific brands. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of automotive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Repair:

•  Perform diagnostics and repair for mechanical and electronic issues on Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen vehicles.

Maintenance:

•  Conduct routine maintenance and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.

Quality Control:

•  Ensure high-quality repairs and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Technical Documentation:

•  Maintain accurate technical records and reports for all service activities.

Customer Service:

•  Clearly communicate technical information to customers and provide service recommendations.

Training:

•  Mentor and train junior staff on diagnostic and repair procedures.

Safety Compliance:

•  Adhere to and promote safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen vehicles.


• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electronic systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software specific to Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen.


• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electronic control units (ECUs).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
