We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR/Office Manager to join our team.The HR / Office Manager will be responsible for managing human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding-Develope and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations-Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Performance Management- Implement performance review processes and tools.
HR Policies and Compliance-Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Office Management:
Office Operations-Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Administrative Support-Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.
Financial Administration-Assist with expense tracking, process invoices, reimbursements and payroll in collaboration with the finance department
Health and Safety-Develop and implement office health and safety policies.
