  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven CaaS (Cooling as a Service) Business Development Regional Manager to join their team and drive business development initiatives in the renewable energy sector in the northern region.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of our CaaS solutions within the renewable energy sector in Nigeria.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for MSMEs and SMEs.

  • Identify and prioritize target customers, markets, and growth opportunities, leveraging market research, industry knowledge, and customer insights.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, energy developers, utilities, and other industry partners, to promote our CaaS offerings and generate new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and value propositions tailored to the needs of target customers.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand, network with potential customers, and stay informed about industry developments.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy and containerization industries, incorporating insights into business development strategies and plans.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Sales and business development skills

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in sales management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of power system products is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong networking and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
