Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all administrative tasks within the department.

  • Assist with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the security team to ensure they are fulfilling their duties effectively.

  • Manage housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Manage ticket booking or other logistical arrangements as needed.

  • Oversee canteen operations to ensure staff satisfaction.


Requirements:



  • HND in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration).

  • 10+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a similar administrative manager role.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably Building Materials.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
