Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field.


• MBA will be an added advantage.


• Minimum of 20 years working experience in the Insurance industry (General Insurance, Reinsurance and Special Risk i.e. Oil & Gas, Marine and Aviation).


• Must be an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London or Nigeria.


• Must be marketing and technology inclined, and IT compliant.

Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the company.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.


• Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development.


• Identify and pursue opportunities for technical innovation and improvement.


• Ensure all technical operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.


• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.


• Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
