JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • To greet customers warmly when they arrive.

  • Skilfully manages all but the most challenging customer situations and knows when to ask for additional support from supervisor

  • Makes, receives and answer telephone calls on behalf of the company, respond to and send faxes.

  • To gather information from customers upon arrival for record keeping.

  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails on behalf of the company.

  • Quickly address problems even with the most demanding customers and also Proactively inform customers of pending delays.

  • Answers customers question professionally.

  • Maintaining the reception area.

  • Give daily and weekly report to head of unit on customer feedback and daily job schedule.

  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.

  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.

  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records where records officer is not on duty.

  •    Confirm patient eligibility the insurance company they are registered with.

  • Review referrals and authorizations.

  • Gets approval and authorization codes for patients before any treatment is carried out.

  • Follow all regulations and guidelines set in the agreement between the health insurance companies and ZOOM 36 Dental Clinic.

  • And any other adhoc duties as assigned.
