Our client is a renowned and luxury hotel in Lagos, offering various hospitality services and amenities for the great experience of their guests.

Specific Responsibilities



  • Process reservations from the sales office, and travel agents.

  • Formulate and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.

  • Receiving and providing solutions to clients' inquiries and complaints.  

  • Understanding of the credit policy of the business and how to code each reservation.

  • Provide an exceptional call center experience to all callers by staying updated, efficient and intuitive during the call process. 

  • Ensure compliance to all security and safety standards. 

  • Stay updated with information on facilities and amenities required to keep the hotel competitive, involving the possessing the great  knowledge of all suites, rooms, hotel, promotions, as well as the local area and closest competitors. ensure guests are aware of these range of benefits applicable to them at the time of reservation.

  • Regularly communicate with the Front Desk to confirm reservations.

  •  Make arrangements for client’s travel programs.

  •  Track future room availability based on reservations, and help develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.

  •  Maintain a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.

  •  Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees.


Requirements.



  • 3+Years experience as a Reservation Agent.

  • The Ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline. 

  • Excellent people and problem-solving skills.  

  • Knowledge of various hotel related systems and scheduling system

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.  

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Good analytical and exceptional customer experience skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working experience in using office equipment.

  • Ability to resolve the clients' issues promptly. 

  • Good data entry skills.
