Administrative Duties:



  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, events, and conferences.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate operations.


Accounting Duties:



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

  • Handle payroll processing and related activities.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in an administrative and accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards is a plus.
