Job Summary: 



  • As sales and marketing associate, you will be responsible for generating sales orders, handling delivery logistics, maintaining after sales communication with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • You will also be responsible for introducing any new line of product to the customers, including the features and functions.

  • The ideal candidate for this role must be able to provide excellent customer service, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Generate sales orders through effective communication with assigned customers.

  • Manage the logistics of deliveries, ensuring products reach customers on time and in good condition.

  • Maintain excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any after-sale issues.

  • Proactively introduce new product lines to customers, highlighting features, functions, and benefits.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.


Requirements



  • ​BSc in business administration/marketing or any other related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
