Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business matchmaking and networking opportunities, including B2Bs, B2Gs, and G2Gs, enhancing trade and investment missions.


• Drive sales and revenue generation through the Trade Service Desk with innovative commercial strategies and high utilization of services.


• Take ownership of the P&L for the Trade Services Desk, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in social sciences or in a related field.


• A master's degree in any of the social sciences will be an added advantage.


• At least 7 years of experience in customer service and managing C-level relationships at a managerial level.
