Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at The Startup Place Ltd.


• The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills


• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge


• Cost Reporting skills


• Experience in the construction industry


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field


• Relevant certifications/licenses (e.g., RICS, ACIQS) are a plus
