Key Responsibilities



  • Create designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s values and personality.

  • Design and update brand collateral such as logos, business cards, menus, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics for advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.

  • Design visually appealing content for email marketing, social media posts, website updates, and other digital platforms.

  • Develop innovative packaging designs that attract customers and differentiate our products from competitors.

  • Design eye-catching and informative materials to enhance customer experience and engagement within the restaurant.

  • Create digital assets for interactive and multimedia content, including videos and animations.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to understand design needs and objectives.

  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage or QSR industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and relevant project experience.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of printing processes, color management, and digital design best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Experience in video editing and animation.

  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.

  • Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
