Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle: From ideation to launch and beyond, you'll lead the development and ongoing optimization of our lending products.


• Become the voice of the customer: Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and entirely new offerings.


• Drive data-driven decisions: Leverage data insights to optimize product performance, analyze trends, and inform strategic direction.


• Collaborate for success: Work closely with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk Management, and Decision Science to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals.


• Set the bar high: Define product goals, track performance against key metrics, and champion a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• A passionate and experienced product leader with a minimum of 5 years in financial services product management, ideally focused on lending products.


• A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the Nigerian financial landscape (MBA or Advanced Degree a plus).


• A data whiz with a knack for translating insights into actionable product strategies.


• A natural collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across teams.


• A customer champion with a dedication to delivering exceptional loan experiences for both salaried workers and self-employed individuals.


• Adept in product management tools and software.
