Job Description
Client and Administrative duty
- Interacting daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients by handling basic inquiries and providing quotes;
- Processing and following up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts;
- Oversee the administrative side of the office including maintenance of client files, ordering postage and supplies, and interacting with office building management
Requirements
- OND/HND required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred;
- Minimum 1 year business sales and support experience ;
- Experience using related technology, software planning tools and presentation;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; (must)
- Sufficient mathematics ability to process account and transaction information;
- Advanced Order Office Supplies, Advanced Conference Room Setup and Cleanup, Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Intermediate Microsoft Word, Intermediate Microsoft Outlook.
