Job Description:



  • Receives and collates transactions for onward processing

  • Ensure all documents are properly signed and documented.

  • Track and monitor financial documents.

  • Update and maintain the database, financial records, and filing system.

  • Preparation of bank reconciliations

  • Posting of payment vouchers

  • Ensure office stationery are supplied and distributed appropriately

  • Any other assignments that are deemed necessary


Requirements and skills



  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Relevant Finance related course.
