Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Food and Beverages Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services.


• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Training and supervising staff to deliver excellent customer service.


• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.


• 2-3 years of experience


• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.


• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
