  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

  • Prepare food in a timely manner

  • Ensure appealing plate presentation.

  • Slightly modify recipes to meet the needs and requests of guests.

  • Monitor food stock and place orders.

  • Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.

  • Proven work experience as a Chef.

  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers).

  • Good knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.

  • Familiarity with sanitation procedures.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions strictly.

  • A male chef would be preferred
