Position Overview



  • We are seeking experienced Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry.

  • Skilled in Business Planning, Art Direction, Marketing, and Product Development.

  • Strong operations professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Marketing.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and achieve sales goals.

  • Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and company events.

  • To be accountable for business performance and growth of the brands in the category

  • Manage all creative, BTL and media agencies to drive the strategies in attaining set business objectives.

  • To developing a strategic direction for brands that is realistic, executable and sustainable.

  • Extracting consumer and trade insights through market visits, focus groups and interviews

  • Involved in planning and implementation of brand activities, alongside developing campaign ideas and creative directions.

  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

  • Utilize market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.

  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget effectively.


Requirements



  • B.Sc., HND, or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 10+ years relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing data analytics and tools Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • degree in Marketing, communications, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in B2B marketing, Open Market-marketing, media marketing and branding experience

  • Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
