We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Communication: Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Project Management: Assist the CEO in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
Research: Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other activities.
Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed to ensure the CEO can focus on business priorities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
