Responsibilities:



  • Content Creation: Develop high-no quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, and blog posts, that highlight Sephatop’s properties, services, and brand story.

  • On-Site Shooting: Visit property sites to capture engaging and informative content showcasing the features and benefits of our real estate offerings.

  • In-Office Shooting: Create behind-the-scenes content that provides insights into the company culture, team activities, and daily operations at Sephatop.

  • Content Writing: Collaborate with the social media manager to produce compelling written content for social media posts, website updates, and marketing materials.

  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Sephatop on social media and digital platforms, engaging with the audience through live videos, stories, and other interactive formats.

  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster a positive and interactive community.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, social media, and real estate to ensure Sephatop’s content remains relevant and engaging.

  • Collaborations: Work with influencers, clients, and industry partners to create collaborative content and enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a content creator, brand ambassador, or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types, including photography, videography, and written work.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

  • Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage and connect with an audience.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Flexibility to travel to different locations for on-site content creation.
