Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager.

  • The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

  • They will also manage the budget, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • The Facilities Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our clients and tenants.


Qualifications



  • 3-5 years Experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field

  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), are a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
