The Compensation & Benefits Lead provides HR Benefits and Remuneration expertise in developing and implementing remuneration policies that are aligned with HR and corporate business strategies and enable the company to attract, develop, motivate and retain employees with the skills required to achieve immediate and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- First Degree in in the Business Administration, Economics or Accounting etc. or Humanities, Social Sciences related field. (Master’s degree in a social science discipline will be an added advantage).
- 12 years Human Resources experience across major HR disciplines including developing and delivering business – driven remuneration solutions in a comparable Oil and Gas industry organisation.
- 5 years payroll management/human resources, and tax administration experience within a reputable and structured business environment.
- Professional HR Certifications E.g. ACIPM, PHRI, SHRM-CP, etc. or Professional accounting qualification e.g. HRM, ACCA or ACA. ACIT
