Meet and exceed sales goals.
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintain client’s records.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on current and new business prospects and client and work activities to the team lead / management.
Generate leads, business opportunities and ensure their conversation leads to actual sales to meet sales target.
Prepare business proposals and presentations for new and existing Clients.
Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Keep abreast of competitor activities, products, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Utilize CRM tools to efficiently manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Actively gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product Management, to address client needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction
