  • As a Special Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing special projects that are critical to our strategic objectives.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage special projects from initiation to completion.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.

  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4years of experience in project management

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
