What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with executives and managers to align security projects with corporate requirements.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitor and protect facilities, personnel, and information systems.
- Evaluate security breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead security incident response planning and execution.
- Implement the Risk Assessment program and conduct security awareness training.
- Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
- Oversee security operations and supervise security personnel.
- Educate staff on security policies and ensure compliance.
- Implement CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
- Conduct security risk assessments and internal investigations.
- Prepare security reports and budget estimates.
- Develop preventive security programs and ensure security equipment functionality.
- Resolve security-related problems.
- Liaise with law enforcement, fire, and other agencies.
- Comply with health and safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients, clients, and staff.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Graduate qualification (BSc / HND).
- Certification in security management required.
- Membership of ISPoN or other security institutes desirable.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet use.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good stress management and composure.
