Job Description

• The Risk assessment officer is responsible for identifying potential risks, evaluating thier impact, and developing strategies to mitigate them.


• The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that the organization's risk management policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organisation's operations, assets and reputation.


• Develop and update risk management policies and procedures and guidelines inline with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.


• Ensure that all risk management policies are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.


• Ensure the organisation complies with all revelant regulations and standards related to risk management.


• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits related to risk management.


• Conduct training sessions for employees on risk management policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in social science/ Business Administration or related course


• Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
