Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator to lead the setup and startup on an NGO.


• Focused on connecting indigent children in need of healthcare with funding opportunities.


• The candidate will oversee the development of a robust portal/ platform, manage project timelines, and ensure effective coordination of all aspects of the project.


• Develop and manage project plan, timelines, and budgets.


• Coordinate the design, development, and launch of the portal/platform


• Lead a team of developers, designers and other stakeholders


• Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies


• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment of the platform/portal


• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures


• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, funders and other stakeholders.


• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and outcomes


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Certification in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.


• 2+ years relevant work experience.


• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven experience in Project management with track records of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery


• Familiarity with web development and technology trends.


• Passion for the NGOs mission and commitment to making a positive impact.
