Job Description



  • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Lead to join their growing team.

  • In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of our human resources strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.


Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

  • Partner with leadership to create a strategic HR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Lead the HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.

  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression.

  • Implement and manage performance management programs, providing guidance to supervisors on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and promoting employee growth.

  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and terminations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices, keeping the organization compliant and competitive.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership teams and other departments.

  • Represent the HR department in company-wide initiatives and committees.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the HR function

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies

  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
