Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining contact lists.
- Produce Marketing materials and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Perform all other duties as may be assign to you by your superiors.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc.) / HND in Management Sciences or any other related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience.
