  • We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Representative to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!


Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for:



  • Answering and directing phone calls.

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Maintaining contact lists.

  • Produce Marketing materials and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.

  • Perform all other duties as may be assign to you by your superiors.


Qualifications



  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc.) / HND in Management Sciences or any other related field.

  • 1 - 3 years experience.
