The successful candidate will teachEconomics to students at the secondarylevel, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Economics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing curriculum requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that cover the fundamental concepts and theories of economics, using different instructional methods and resources.
Facilitate discussions, case studies, and problem-solving activities to encourage students to analyze and interpret economic data, policies, and trends.
Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to help them improve their understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues.
Collaborate with other social science teachers to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum.
Stay updated with the latest developmentsin Economics, Economic policies, and Economic education.
Contribute to the overall development and enrichment of the school community, including participating in extracurricular activities related to economics or finance.

Qualification
