Role Description

• Candidate will be required to take critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances.


• You will be responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• Must have minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Institution


• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CISA is an added advantage


• Proven experience in a related field


• Thorough understanding of accounting standards and procedures, financial analysis, and internal controls


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software


• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy


• Knowledge of relevant regulations and regulatory requirements
