Responsibilities:

• Ensure architecture principles are followed.


• Close design gaps


• Bridge between Partners and vendors


• Track all open technical delivery to closure.


• Advise and apply best practice to all deliverables. 


• Document all integration flows.


• Coordinate all technical resources.


• Recommend Change management from a program perspective.


• Formulate and manage release packages.


• Provide end to end planning, and execution of program


• Vendor/stakeholder engagement and Management


• Ensure effective risk management strategy


• Provide project status, relevant reports, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies Maintain the collaboration site and program document filling


• Lead vendor management process against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables).


• Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with the quality required.


• Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.


• Ensure all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements.
