Position Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Mende, Maryland.
- The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and offering professional advice on the safe use of medications.

Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Ensure all medications are stored and handled according to pharmacy regulations.
Patient Care:
- Provide counseling and advice to patients on the use of medications.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications and their use.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide clinical interventions as needed.
Pharmacy Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for pharmaceuticals.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Maintain all necessary pharmacy documentation and records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Communicate effectively with other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in pharmacy staff meetings and contribute to the improvement of pharmacy services.
Education and Training:
- Stay updated on new medications and advancements in pharmacy practice.
- Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy interns and junior staff.
- Conduct educational sessions for patients and healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharmacologist
- Must have a valid pharmacy license.
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
