We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department
Responsibilities
Maintain physical and digital personnel records.

Assist in recruitment process; Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Assist in publishing job ads.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/Airtime subscriptions etc. for employees.
Update employees data on seamlesshr portal and sharepoint. And carrying out weekly audit.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., joiners and leavers report, Employee headcount etc.)
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Create budget for official events.
Manage the office assistant
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role (2years experience).
Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management skills.
Emotional Intelligence.
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Public Speaking skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience with HR software, such as SeamlessHR.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
