We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team! As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our company’s business is in compliance with laws and regulations. As a Compliance Officer, you will train and educate all our employees on the latest legal programs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Implementing and managing a legal compliance program


• Studying existing and new legislation


• Drafting company policies and creating internal controls


• Preparing compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.


• Representing and advising the company’s management on compliance with laws and regulations


• Educating and training employees on the latest regulations


• Exploreing opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Management or similar field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager role


• Strong knowledge of legal requirements and controls


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent analytical skills


• Strong time management skills


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Strong research skills


• Excellent risk management skills


• Strong organisational skills


• Ability to work well in a team environment
