Job Description:

We are searching for a self-motivated and outgoing event specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness.

Our ideal candidate should have the ability to produce events from conception through to completion whilst communicating brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for planning monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing activities for the company, developing corresponding activity and execution plans, and overseeing their implementation.


• Responsible for planning and drafting online and offline marketing and promotion strategies for the company and related projects, launching suitable creative marketing campaigns.


• Fully execute marketing plans, supervise the execution process, monitor progress, track the entire execution of activities, and complete activity summary reports.

Key Requirements: 

• HND or Degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing or other relevant courses


• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Event Planning and Management Skills.


• Project management experience is required


• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)


• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
