The Executive Assistant to the Group CFO will provide high-level administrative support to the Group CFO, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Group CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including board meetings, and ensure all logistics are managed.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for various financial projects and reports.
- Support the Group CFO in monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage communication on behalf of the Group CFO.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
- Assist the Group CFO with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and track the progress of initiatives and projects.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the Group CFO’s office is organized and functional.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and reporting is a plus.
