The Executive Assistant to the Group CFO will provide high-level administrative support to the Group CFO, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage the Group CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including board meetings, and ensure all logistics are managed.

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations.

  • Conduct research and compile data for various financial projects and reports.

  • Support the Group CFO in monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Draft and manage communication on behalf of the Group CFO.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.

  • Assist the Group CFO with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate and track the progress of initiatives and projects.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the Group CFO’s office is organized and functional.

  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


JOB REQUIREMENTS.



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with financial terminology and reporting is a plus.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
