Reponsiblities

• Using AutoCAD software to develop shop drawings for electrical systems including, lighting, power, and ELV systems.


• Coordinating with all MEP systems to produce composite drawings including details and sections.


• Coordinating with site teams and producing drawings efficiently and accurately.


• Visiting the site for a better understanding of the project.


• Reviewing and revising drawings as needed to accommodate changes or updates to the design.


• Working closely with his direct supervisor to clarify design objectives, resolve technical issues, and incorporate feedback into drawings.

Requirements and skills

• HND/BSc in Building Engineering technology or a related field


• 4 - 5 years minimum drafting experience in drafting or a related role, experience in CAD software is essential.


• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.


• Strong technical drawing and blueprint reading skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.


• Understanding of construction processes.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
