Responsibilities
Front Desk Officer:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
