Responsibilities 

Front Desk Officer:



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Digital Marketing Specialist:



  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.

  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
