Job Summary: 


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), demonstrating a proven track record of driving brand growth and increasing market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and in-store promotions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, advertising agencies, and vendors.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing efforts.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience in QSR and FMCG sectors is essential.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within allocated resources.
