  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Managersto join our team in Kano.

  • The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hausa, live in Kano , and have a strong background in solar product sales.

  • This position requires a motivated individual who can drive sales, understand customer needs, and provide effective solar solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on solar products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.


Technical Expertise:



  • Understand and explain the technical aspects of solar products and systems.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about product specifications and benefits.

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate solar solutions for their needs.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of solar technology and products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Hausa and English.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Additional Requirements:



  • Must live in Kano

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
