Job Brief



  • Our client is searching for a reliable Marketing Manager who will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote product sales and services.


Responsibilities



  • Hunting and closing business at all revenue levels.

  • Provide input into digital marketing strategies within the company.

  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

  • Manage the digital marketing budget.

  • Track and evaluate business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis.

  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.

  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

  • Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration for the industry.

  • Generate image content for company and publicity purposes.

  • Analyze and negotiate local advertising opportunities based on district marketing budget and potential ROI.

  • Develop innovative techniques for communicating with clientele.

  • Facilitate the development, execution, and management of CRM marketing activities, including e-marketing programs and strategies, and campaign management.

  • Create promotional marketing materials, such as posters, flyers for marketing purpose

  • Create compelling packaging design, B2B and B2C advertising and sales promotion


Requirements



  • B.Sc in Marketing or related field.

  • Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a construction company or related.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication – you need to be able to express yourself and the value the company brings to clients well.

  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.

  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.

  • Understanding of online marketing tools and best practices.

  • Ability to close out sales/deals.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Sense of ownership and pride in business

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
