Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive guidance program aligned with 21st-century skills and career exploration.


• Conduct individual counseling sessions to address students' academic progress, career goals, personal challenges, and social-emotional well-being.


• Facilitate group counseling sessions on topics like study skills, goal setting, decision-making, stress management, and healthy relationships.


• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student success.


• Stay current with best practices in school counseling and adapt programs to meet evolving student needs.


• Maintain confidential student records and comply with all legal and ethical regulations.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and positive school climate.


• Develop strong relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable seeking guidance.
