Marketing officer undertakes marketing projects for the benefit of the company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
You will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. The goal is to reach out to the market and promote our products and services both on social media, in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Meeting with at least 10 prospective clients daily to market our various products and services, and close out the deals.
Set personal specific marketing goals to speed up the company’s growth.
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Research market to identify new opportunities
Always dress decent when representing the company during or after working hours.
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare contents for the publication of our products on all social media platforms.
Develop digital campaigns to increase social media and website traffic
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company’s vision and mission
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Requirements
Proven experience as marketing officer
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office, and advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
Excellent communication and people relationship skills
Dress decently (No display of private areas)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
Team management and strong analytical skills
BSc in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
